Innovation Afoot
As we explore CES 2016, we'll update you on some of our favorite new creative innovations.
What if your shoes could warm your feet on a cold day? Or tell you how far you'd walked--as well as interact with you in a number of other ways?
That "what if" is now a reality, courtesy of shoe designer/engineer Karim Oumnia. At 2016 CES, he's displaying the world's first "smart shoe"--the "Digitsole"!
Karim's company, ZhorTech, will be offering these comfortable-looking running shoes, sneakers AND a very slinky, silvery pump, later this year--all designed to interact with the wearer.
In this Over Coffee® "CES blend", you'll hear:
How Karim first created his connected footwear;
What the new "smart shoes" can do;
How the wearer can interact with them;
When and where to look for the new smart shoe;
What's next, as Karim continues to develop new concepts.
