This is a poetic piece dedicated to the one who asked me what I had to lose by seeking help. They also reinforced the fact that there is a lot to lose if I don’t. They were right. There are many answers to loss in those with mental illnesses....
Out of Sound Mind is an attempt to express artistically the madness of insanity. Mental illness is a war that leaves wounds which not even time can heal. So we reveal according to the talents given as an expression of living with mental illness.
