We had the great privilege of being able to sit down and talk with Shon and Terese Thielen of Lightning Exteriors during this episode of Only Roofers. They shared an incredibly noble story about how they vowed to do right by their customers even after receiving the devastating news that the company they had partnered with had spent all of their available revenue– going out of business.
