Out of Aberdeen Scotland, Mike Scotland comes on the show to discuss ManUP SpeakUP and the work they're doing to help with Mental Health within the Maritime and Energy industries.  ManUP SpeakUP is based around a private Facebook group that allows it members to discuss the specific challenges of the maritime industry.  Through the discussion we'll learn what motivated Mike to get started on this journey.  We'll also learn what is in store for the movement.  Mental health cause serious pain within an individual and this new outlet is really stepping up to help make waves within the industry.
