On Tuesday night we did something completely different with Mike Swanson and JP Sottile taking the night off.
First, we did a Regular Guy Newshour that seems to have become the anti-news hour. Chuck and Joe vaguely discussed the events of the past few days while noting that the south has cooled off a bit.
Is Chuck going to follow the World Series this year? Is there anything worth paying attention to? Does anything make sense? Would a Parliament serve the people better than a Senate? Who would Joe and Chuck both like to get into a fistfight with?
The second hour the Mouth That Roars dropped in on the Ochelli Effect. Meria Heller explains why people need to support those that support the truth. Chuck and Meria talk about what kind of audiences they each have and how smart they are.
The language is a bit salty but the fun in both hours seemed kinda sweet.
