Daily Forgiveness

January 03, 2017

Men don't cry enough.

Society says it shows a form of weakness.

But I believe that holding emotions in is a form of weakness. Because a man that does not express his emotions is afraid of being called weak. And that is a form of weakness.

Just finished an amazing meditation.

I was reminded that the only way to be free, is to forgive everybody and everything, on a regular basis.

We are emotional creatures. And so many things happen within a day that makes you feel a certain way.

Someone may say or do something that triggers and emotional reaction within from you.

If you don't consciously make an effort to forgive that person, the emotion can become lodged in your body.

This can create a mood, and over time that mood can form into a disease.

Each night before bed, I do my best to forgive. I forgive, even if I feel there is nothing I need to forgive.

I forgive myself. And I forgive the world around me.

I sit with my emotions until they no longer bothers me.

Negative people are negative because deep within, they are afraid.

They are afraid to cry; and that's what makes them angry. And anger makes them weak.

Forgiveness is simply the art of letting go. The art of neutralizing pint up emotions.
