Nourish, Eat, Repeat | How to Eat Only One Piece of Chocolate
Do you ever tell yourself you can’t be trusted around certain foods because you’ll eat the whole bag? (I’m specifically talking about Oreo cookies, pieces of chocolate, and potato chips). I recently made a social media post giving you the tools to make the habit change but what I failed to do was tell you there are a couple things that must take place before you get to the part of eating the chocolate mindfully. So in today’s episode, I break it all down and give you the framework to follow so you too can eat only one piece of chocolate (or whatever food you struggle with).
