We often create plans for nutrition and exercise, but rarely do we create a plan for when we mess up (most likely because we’re hopeful it won’t happen).  In today’s episode, I’ll give you my 2 step process to working through moments when you fall off track and introduce you to our new February challenge coming up that I’m excited to announce.
