This week sees NK News release our 100th podcast episode. Hoping to mark this anniversary with a bang, we brought in our first-ever guest, Professor Andrei Lankov, for a return appearance, as well as a number of NK News staff and contributors, for a special roundtable episode.
Fueled (in part) by some DPRK-grown red wine from the Wasan vineyards, we discussed the early days of NK News, a recent inter-Korean football match in Pyongyang, and why nuclear weapons, like it or not, fund North Korean studies.
