A group of economists, policy experts and former high-ranking administrative and legislative budget officials recently analyzed New Jersey’s projected revenue collections over the next five years. The Multi Year Budget Workgroup, established by the Sweeney Center for Public Policy, was tasked with determining if the state’s revenues will continue to grow or whether it’s facing a fiscal cliff that will force tax hikes or budget cuts.
