Anne is a native San Diegan. After completing her B.A. in Sociology and M.A. in Teaching, Anne worked for 7 years as a Kindergarten Teacher in Juneau, Alaska and in Coronado, CA. After the birth of her first child, she became a fitness professional, teaching group exercise classes for Fit4Mom/Stroller Strides. She rapidly grew her location to one of the largest in San Diego and was asked to direct the corporately owned/largest franchise in the company right here in San Diego with 18 locations and 40 independent contractors. Under her results-based leadership, the franchise experienced great success with a 38% increase in franchise revenues during her 3 year term as the director. These previous experiences sharpened Anne’s ability to reinforce confidence in her clients while keeping them focused on their goals. This balancing act of support/communication/education coupled with an absolute focus on client stated objectives and first class consult is serving her very well in real estate.
