Both Angela and Jamey have deep customer success experience. Angela held customer success roles in a number of different technology companies prior to her most recent position as the Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services with SendGrid. Jamey has led customer success at two different startups and is now Managing Director - Customer Success with Coastal Cloud, a consulting firm that helps their clients build world class customer success organizations.
