After years of helping women through rehab, I kept seeing the same gap; they were improving, but they wren't confident or strong enough to maintain their progress on their own.
Pilates fills that gap beautifully. It blends strength, breath, alignment and nervous system regulation- all essential for pelvic floor recovery and long term wellness.
