I grew up an entrepreneur and inventor, learning to use technology to help build the next "big" thing. When I was younger, that was a water cooled computer and then a car computer.
Later that was starting a business where I helped entrepreneurs and businesses build the technology and software they needed to run their business—it was a blast to help other businesses achieve their dreams.
After 20 years building tech for 75+ startups and companies such as Apple and United Healthcare—I sold the software company I built from scratch (to millions in ARR and a team of 25), and then set out to coach others with the same successful strategies.
Now I’ve built a framework, a toolbox and tools to help build and scale tech companies. I do this by helping them achieve business results, increase their value to customers and to shareholders. I use the tools I’ve developed to align their tech architecture, people and processes.
