Micheal Sparks is an internationally known design and branding expert and the founder of Micheal Sparks Design in Richmond Va.  In 2013 Micheal co-founded The Underground kitchen, a pop up dining society in Richmond featuring buzzed about chefs – tickets routinely sell out within minutes. The evening includes several courses with wine, music and people who share a love for fine dining.  Micheal is a fabulous cook who loves fresh ingredients and will share many of his tips for creating tasty dishes.
