This week on the Intermission Podcast, the Movie Guys talk about the spectacular John Wick Chapter 2, which you definitely should go see. Like right now, run, go! Every second spent not watching John Wick is a second that could be spent watching John Wick! Well now that I’m sure you’ve seen it, you can agree with us how awesome it is. Man, that was awesome…. Anyway, the Movie Guys also talk about their road trip to an abandoned mall in Cincinnati and the wondrous land which is Jungle Jim’s. Enjoy.
Movie Guys Road Trip!
Josh loaded up the Movie Guys crew (minus Corey) in his minivan and took them all the way to Cincinnati to meet Andrew from the Idle Chatter Show. He took us to an abandoned mall that housed an awesome arcade. It was $10 for all day free play, no quarters! It was pretty great.
After a few hours at the arcade beating various games, we headed over to Jungle Jim’s to buy some foreign foods and drinks. Guy got Beanboozled for the group then bitched a lot about eating them. Craig and the Intern got some Irn Bru, which is the Scotish soda of choice. Josh got a whole cart full of stuff which we’ll be hearing about for the next few weeks, this weeks beverage was ginseng root brew. And Guy got a cream soda.  An international store and he got a cream soda made in America. Craig also got a Taiwanese Red Bull which will probably end his life, so say your goodbyes.
John Wick Chapter 2
 
This week Josh, Guy, and the Intern all went to the Silver Screens VII to watch the incredible John Wick Chapter 2. Instead, after 4 trailers for children’s movies, we watched A Dog’s Purpose. Well, the first few minutes of it anyway, Guy went and got things set straight, then after a couple red band trailers, the best two hours of our lives started. And it did not disappoint. And then Corey spoils it for Craig, and would-be listeners but our chief show editor will take care of that for you. It gets all the thumbs, and toes, and any other digit one has or will ever have. It was as good as or better than the first.
