Happy 2014!  Beth, Lindsay and Tawny record their first episode of the New Year after the holiday/winter break.  Join the MCH conversation as they discuss recent events, juicing, and New Year’s resolutions.

Tawny returns from the 9th Annual Podcast Awards.  Unfortunately, we were not able to take home the award for the Best Food/Drink Podcast.  Congrats to The Beerists, who also beat us out last year.  We are thrilled to be finalists and considered in the top 10 podcasts in that category.  Thanks to all of you for supporting us and putting us there.

The Podcast Awards were part of the New Media Expo conference in Las Vegas. While Tawny was there, she was able to record a MCH episode from the expo floor!  She was able to interview some amazing podcasters and bloggers.  Unfortunately, the audio file was corrupt and we have nothing to show for it.  It was still an amazing experience and we will try to get some of those people we interviewed back on the podcast.

Lindsay experiences a poopy diaper explosion. Any parent is familiar with these blowouts. We were all excited to ring in the New Year with Beth’s tradition of “Puppy New Year”. It was so cool to be able to party it up with the kids and then later whip out Cards Against Humanity.
