The Mommy’s Cocktail Hour ladies are back for the second consecutive week since announcing they were going to weekly episodes. Easter isn’t that far away and Cadbury Eggs are in the stores, so we might as well make Cadbury Egg Cocktails! We didn’t really find any recipes that caught our eyes, so we decided to invent our own versions!

Beth’s Version

UV Chocolate Cake – 2 oz

Honey Vodka – 1 oz

Shake over ice

Krissi’s Version #1

1 shot 99 Whipped

1/2 cup milk

1 shot Bailey’s

1 shot coffee liquor

1/2 shot Rumchata

Krissi’s Version Version #2

Vanilla Pudding shots inside half of Cadbury Egg

1 pack of instant vanilla pudding

3/4 c Milk

1/2 c Irish Cream

1/4 c Vanilla Vodka

1 c Cool Whip

Powdered Sugar and 99 Whipped

Lindsay’s Version (non-alcoholic)

Hy-Vee Chocolate Marble Ice Cream

Milk

Chocolate Syrup

Carmel Syrup

3 Cadbury Eggs

Tawny’s Version

Hot Chocolate

Mini-Bottle of Whipped Vodka

Dash of Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Garnish with Cool Whip and Cadbury Egg

Tawny was planning Princess’ birthday party and ran into two conflicts with classmates of Princess’ having birthday parties at the same time. We also learn about Princess being so perfect in “Lilly-Land”.

Sweetness has not gotten any sticks from school, but there has been yet another hair-hacking incident. Yes, that would be #3. Sweetness finds out that Lindsay is no longer drinking and breaks into song…I Saw the Sign by Ace of Base. Sweetness also sees an episode of Southpark and learns about the birds and the bees. This brings up the topic of talking with kids about this and other touchy topics.

Beth saves the day with some adorable talk with Squishy. Beth will soon be tackling the potty-training issue. That will be the topic of next week’s episode.
