Do you feel like it's so easy to have things fall through cracks on a daily basis?

Today we have Stephanie Sikora back on the show for part 3 of our simplifying series! Today we will be talking about daily systems and how it can make your life easier.  Stephanie shares with us her tricks that help her on a daily basis to stay on top of things and not forget what is important.  She talks about if we have too much stuff, our systems can be inundated and so that is why its key to simplify our homes.  I even ask her if she has a junk drawer and how to best manage it? One topic that I wanted to pick her brain on is keeping the fridge organized! Who here shops at Costco or Sams and you get home and your fridge now looks like a game of Jenga trying to get stuff in and out?  One tip that Stephanie shared is how she remembers to give her kids their vitamins.  Hear what she says about this topic and more on the podcast.

"My Favorite Things" Segment:
 

This is what I use on a daily and weekly basis, its a company called Remeverse, they are a local company here in Franklin TN. The reasons I love their stuff is because they are oil free, paraben free, PEG free, contains no dyes or fragrance. So it's a very clean feeling when you are using their products and I really just love that.

Sulfate free cleanser

Sulfate Free Foaming Cleanser and not only does it cleans it tones and exfoliates in one product. So it keeps it super simple by using one product to do 3 things. Because we all know as moms who has time to do an hour routine daily!

Night Nourishing Creme 

I will say I use this day and night because I need more moisture. So if you are a person who doesn't need that I would recommend the Day Creme. But for me, I can get away with using Night both day and night. There is also an Advance Creme which I did use at the beginning, but it's too much for me to use all the time, but some people may really need that for cold winters and if their skin gets really dry. Why I love this stuff is for one, it doesn't have a smell, and what it does is it helps improves skin texture, promotes natural levels of collagen, reduces the appearance of dark circles under the eyes and continually hydrates by attracting and retaining moisture.

The next item I use is more on a weekly basis not daily but I wanted to mention it and let me tell you I will forget to use this and when I go back to use it, I am like why did I stop using this because it makes my skin feel and look amazing...  So this product is called the Miracle Mask by Remeverse and this mask helps  red...
