This week President Trump announced guidelines to reopen areas of the U.S. where there’s been a decline in Coronavirus cases, but deferred to governors when it comes to reopening their states.  Not all states have implemented stay-in-place orders.

California is in its fifth week of staying in place only going out for essentials. Since we can’t get out to interview residents about how they’re dealing with the pandemic, I’ve reached out to my family and friends.
