On today's episode, we are joined by Dr. Jyron Aparri. Jyron is a physical therapist and athletic trainer at Performance in Motion in Chicago, IL. Jyron graduated from Marquette university with a bachelor's in athletic training and his doctorate of physical therapy. Jyron's passion for sports medicine led him to internships with the Milwaukee Bucks, the Milwaukee Brewers, and the high performance training and rehab company, EXOS.
Jyron has been with Performance in Motion for several years and works with clients ranging from professional athletes to active adults on a range of things from rehabilitation, enhancing performance, and fitness or wellness. We are glad to have had Jyron take the time with us for today's episode.
