• The suspect has been identified as former Capitol Police officer, now CIA employee Shauni Kerkhoff, 31. 
• Baker and Hanneman have worked for years to identify the individual who placed pipe bombs near the headquarters of the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 5, 2021.
• The most fascinating thing about this is the use of forensics.
• The FBI has not confirmed any identification or arrests and continues to offer a $500,000 reward for information about the case. Officials say two viable explosive devices were planted between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. that night.
• A January 2025 congressional report led by Reps. Barry Loudermilk and Thomas Massie highlighted ongoing investigative and security failures, noting that the case remains unsolved nearly four years later.
• Rep Thomas Massie has been all over this. 
• Gait Analysis – source who did the comparison said the software rated the match at 94%. He put the figure at closer to a 96%-98% match, including a combination of human intelligence and the software analysis.

  WILL THE GOVERNMENT REOPEN?

• There was a vote last night on the Senate floor that was 60-40.
• In a test vote that is the first in a series of required procedural maneuvers, the Senate voted 60-40 to move toward passing compromise legislation to fund the government and hold a later vote on extending Affordable Care Act tax credits that expire Jan. 1. Final passage could be several days away if Democrats object and delay the process.

• The agreement does not guarantee the health care subsidies will be extended, as Democrats have demanded for almost six weeks. Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer of New York voted against moving ahead with the package, along with all but eight of his Democratic colleagues.

• How many people remember this? Trump was working the votes because he wanted to repeal Obamacare. He was almost there. He was ONE vote away. And they had 59 votes. He had a phone call with John McCain as the story goes. McCain said there were things he didn’t like and unless they change he wasn’t going to do that. At the end of the day he truly just didn’t like Trump.

• This is the very definition of friendship. She is telling the ‘leader of the gang’ that you have Tucker Carlson all wrong. And just because he or I or someone like us, say something about Israel does NOT make us an antisemite.

• How can he now claim how terrible it is and how expensive it is and act like he played no part in that?
• Does your state have the ability to say that…major medical, we used to have that as an option. There used to be that option in insurance. You would pay for your routine maintenance like you do for your car and the insurance took care of when you had something major go wrong or needed a hospital stay.

• Speculation that the Secret Service knew the DNC pipe bomb was a dud began when U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) released Capitol Police security footage showing agents acting nonchalantly after a Capitol Police counter-surveillance officer informed them that he found a pipe bomb in the bushes behind the DNC building.
• Agents stayed in their SUV eating lunch for two minutes before getting out to investigate. They stood feet from the suspected bomb and allowed pedestrians to walk past and vehicles to continue driving within feet of the device. Commuter trains that pass directly next to the DNC building continued to run. 
• “Are you willing to confirm that the pipe bombs planted at the Capitol Hill Club and the DNC on January 6 couldn’t have gone off with the 60-minute kitchen timer if they were placed the day before?” Massie asked.
