The goal of this mission is to let the Trump administration, to let the government of El Salvador know we will keep fighting to bring Albrego Garcia home until he returns to his family. I hope to have the chance to see Kilmar and see his condition but we will keep fighting b/c this is a miscarriage of justice. The SCOTUS ruled 9-0 that he was taken illegally out of the country. This is about due process and rule of law.

Karoline Leavitt – First of all, the information was released by the Department of Homeland Security. The individuals on the flights to El Salvador are foreign terrorists and those are counterterrorism operations. They are much different than the arrests and final order of removals you see on a day-to-day basis that law enforcement agents are conducting around the country.

It was full of colored kids and I had never seen those. I asked my mom why they weren’t at my school. It sparked my outrage at 4 years old. This person prosecuted Trump for everything but ripping off a the label on a mattress. One of these sections, Sec 1014 of the Federal code is prosecuted. I have found cases that the DOJ has brought up and won doing this. This is well tried. There would be little questions here, this seems pretty straight forward. As a New York elected official she should have said her principle residence was in New York. As you know the SCOTUS just stated in a case called Thompson they wanted to see false or misleading statements. This fits, either your permanent residence is this or not, either this is your father or not.
