• The heavily-armed mob are seen storming through the residence brandishing guns in the video that emerged on Wednesday. A man in a hoodie lugs a high-powered rifle and pounds on a door in the building, while several others wield pistols.
  
• How do these illegals have guns?
  
• Does this mean criminals will always find a way to obtain a weapon? 
  
• This is how this will go down.
  
• Local TV stations will do this story.
  
• They will all be competing to get people out there to report on the siege.

2. Lila’s total compensation package has skyrocketed. From 2020 to 2021 alone she gave herself a whopping 45% pay increase from $161,712 to $234,794.
   
3. Abortions are going up after a 30 year period of decline. There were 930,160 legal abortions in 2020 (latest report), this is a 9.67 increase from 848,163 in 2003.
   
4. How about Lila’s home state of California? It now has the least restrictive abortion laws. Abortions are up 16% from 2017 (132,000 to 154,000).
   
5. Public approval of legal abortion in almost all/most cases is also up from 54% in 2003 to 61% now.
   
6. 16 states have codified abortion access. 4 of them + DC, at any stage of pregnancy.

• Regenerative agriculture does not have a specific set of practices that must be applied. To be successful, regenerative agriculture must be adopted and management practices adapted in ways that fit each unique operation and piece of land. 
  

Although regenerative agriculture doesn’t have a specific recipe, you may see many regenerative farmers and ranchers doing the following:

• 
  
• Planting crops using no-till, which minimizes disturbance to the soil
  
• Incorporating cover crops and other diverse mixtures of forage species into monoculture crops and perennial introduced grasses
  
• Decreasing use of fertilizers and pesticides
  
• Using adaptive multi-paddock grazing (AMP, or adaptive grazing) — moving cattle and other pastured animals (sheep, goats, turkeys, bison, pigs) through smaller sections of the overall land and allowing grazed land adequate rest and recovery.
  
• The reality is that nature is complex and always changing. While all ecosystems function in the same fundamental ways, and the basic soil health principles are relevant no matter where a person lives, each individual farmer or rancher must apply the principles in the best way for their particular operation. They must take into consideration their unique climate, geography, resources, skills and goals. We call this their “context.”
  
• It is healthy all around.
  
• You don’t need chemicals folks.
  
• Even if you live in an apartment you can grow something whether it is herbs or small planter boxes of a few vegetables.
  
• The less you purchase the healthier you will be.
  
• Eat what you grow.
  
• You know what was put into it.
