Little Caesars Pizza presents episode 16, and it features: Joe Cass and Ethan Stewart of Triad Boys Tennis; Coach Ryan Pacatte, Jaden Maurer, Ryder Aholt, and Hawi Ondiwa or Lincoln MS 7th Grade Boys Track; Herb Martin of Edwardsville HS Basketball; and local hoops guru, Kevin Pawlow.

This mega episode begins with 1A Tennis Doubles state champions Joe Cass and Ethan Stewart of Triad HS. Cass and Stewart are the first Metro East 1A doubles champions ever, and the boys share the key moments from their season, and they describe match point. Cass and Stewart are also the Integrity Spine and Joint Center Team of the Month for their amazing accomplishment.

Up next, Coach Ryan Pacatte, Jaden Maurer, Ryder Aholt, and Hawi Ondiwa of Lincoln MS 7th Grade Boys Track are in the studio to share the excitement of their recent 2nd place finish at state! Coach Pacatte explains how his basketball background has translated into coaching track, and the boys share their best memories of the season.

Then, we are joined by Herb Martin of Edwardsville HS, the MESPY winner for 4A Basketball Player of the Year. Martin describes the work he put into improving his basketball skills, and the Quincy University commit talks about his life-long passion for hoops and how playing in the SWC prepared him to take the next step.

Completing the podcast, Coach Kevin Pawlow describes his basketball career as a player, official, and coach that has spanned nearly half a century. Pawlow describes his playing days at Althoff and SIUE, his 25-year career as an official, and his coaching journey, which began with Coach Lee at Collinsville.
