This episode is presented by Little Caesar's Pizza and features Coach Mark Tubb, Marcellus Goodknecht, and Emily Blanchard of Mascoutah Bowling; Riley Nelson of Edwardsville HS Softball; and Drew Kleinheider and Kannon Kamp of McGivney Baseball.

The show begins with talk of the lanes as we recognize the MESPY winners for Girls Bowling Team of the Year, Boys Bowler of the Year, and Girls Bowler of the Year, all from Mascoutah HS. Coach Mark Tubb is back in the studio to explain the success the Indians are having, and he describes the special way bowlers support each other. He is joined in the studio by Emily Blanchard, MESPY winner, who finished 4th at state! Blanchard explains what she loves about the sport and her goals for next season. Marcellus Goodknecht finished 14th at state, earning his MESPY on the boys' side. Goodknecht talks about how he fell in love with the sport, and he delves into his goals for the next two years.

Next up, Riley Nelson is a softball star at EHS in the circle and at the plate. The SLU commit discusses her love for the game, including pitching and hitting, and she talks about her unique off-season on-line pitching coach, her 6 pitches, and the inspiration she found in learning about Pat Summitt.

Finally, we talk Father McGivney Baseball with Drew Kleinheider and Kannon Kamp. McGivney, which is one of the area's top teams, has big plans for the postseason, and the boys discuss the strengths of this team. Kamp, who is hitting over .400 shares his motivation for choosing SIUE to continue his baseball career, while Kleinheider talks about his choice to keep playing next year at SLU.
