Presented by Little Caesars Pizza, this episode celebrates excellence in girls sports featuring EHS Volleyball Coach Heather Ohlau and MESPY winner for 4A Player of the Year, Addie Reader; Taylor "Tossin'" Dawson, co-MEsPY Winner for Female Wrestler of the Year, from Collinsville HS and her Coach Jordan May; and, from Highland MS, the Integrity Spine and Joint Center Team of the Month, the Middle School Dance team with Coaches Elaine Baer and Tegan Beard and dancers Piper Rinderer and Kylee Robertson.This episode begins with the MESPY winner for 4A Volleyball Player of the Year, Addie Reader of Edwardsville HS. The 5'10" Middle Hitter is joined by her coach Heather Ohlau. Reader explains what she loves about playing in the middle, and Ohlau speaks about Reader's "extremely positive attitude and leadership skills."

Next up, state champion, Taylor Dawson from Collinsville HS Girls Wrestling is in studio to talk about her recent triumph. She is joined by Coach Jordan May who calls Dawson a "generational talent." Dawson talks about why she prefers "training with the boys," and she talks about wrestling at Lindenwood next year.

Finally, we present the latest Integrity Spine and Joint Center Team of the Month, Highland MS Dance. Coach Elaine Baer and Assistant Coach Tegan Beard are joined by 8th graders Piper Rinderer and Kylee Robertson. The ladies discuss all the things that go into a championship dance season, and the coaches share when they "knew this team had something special." The girls explain what they love about the sport and what people don't understand about it.
