This is a Mississippi Valley Conference Special featuring MESPY winning athletes from Triad boys tennis, Highland HS girls basketball, and Jersey Community HS girls basketball.

The show kicks off with the MESPY winners for 1A Boys Tennis Doubles Team of the Year, Joe Cass and Ethan Stewart of Triad HS. The boys talk about making history for Triad by reaching the semifinals of the state tournament and what they love about doubles. They also discuss their style as a team and their expectations for next season.

Next up, the Highland Lady Bulldogs are the MESPY winners for 3A Girls Basketball Team of the Year. Their coach, Clint Hamilton, is in the studio with point guard Jordan Bircher and multi-position player Sophia Fleming. Hamilton talks about the season, which culminated in the super-sectional and his first year as the AD at HHS. Fleming describes how playing multiple sports makes her a better athlete, and Bircher talks about how an early season injury led to late season success.

Finally, the MESPY winner for 3A Girls Basketball Player of the Year, Tessa Crawford, is back in the studio after her last appearance in which she discussed her tennis career at Jersey Community HS. Crawford shares her memories on breaking the all-time scoring record at JCHS along with what she loves about the game. The McKendree University in-coming freshman, then details why she picked McK and what she'll miss about Jersey.
