Dr. Kristin Keim completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Health Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Clinical Sport/Performance Psychology, as well as her Masters in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in CA. She is a Certified Consultant in the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and Member of the US Olympic Committee Sport Psychology and Mental Training Registry. Dr. Keim’s research focuses are on mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBIs) in athletes, mindfulness, depression in athletes, athlete identity, and the transition (retirement) out of sport. Dr. Keim works to help all her athletes race to their best abilities, which started the mantra Happy Racers Go Faster. She works with athletes of all ages, levels, and abilities, including Olympians, World Champions, and athletes who simply want to improve mentally at local races. In her spare time you will find her out on her Kona Sutra gravel bike or Transition Scout MTB exploring the trails of beautiful Bellingham, WA.
