Are you stressed in your small business? Most of us are. A big part of running a small business is learning how to grow into the type of person who can handle stressful situations in a calm reasonable way.


I've learned a lot of techniques for this over the years, and in this podcast I'll talk about two big ones: finding gratitude and thinking long term.
