The BadAss Dash is a new race on the obstacle scene. The fact that they are putting an event where I train is what got me interested initially. The conversation you will hear tonight sold me that these guys really know what they are doing. I found Trish Blackwell in a sea of fitness "experts" on the internet. She wrote a book called "The Skinny Sexy Mind". Her story intrigued me but I wanted to go a little deeper. My goal was to get past all that touchy-feely motivational stuff and get real.
