Let's go through the steps:

Create 2-3 distinct eBooks around articles that closely resemble the general content of each product you would like to sell.
No, you shouldn't have built the product yet.
Ensure you create a landing page for each eBook that ensures each person enters their information into an opt-in box before receiving.
Promote each of these eBooks to each respective market the eBook pertains to during the same day and time.
Use Facebook ads.
Measure which eBook got the most responses, and this should be the general content that will guide the creation of your first product. After all, its the one that displayed the greatest amount of demand!
