Over the years, I’ve talked about my love of technology. I genuinely get excited about the latest tech toys. They don’t have to be fancy or expensive, but I’m always on the lookout. This week is the annual CES, the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Each January, hundreds upon hundreds of tech companies show up to display their latest projects. And I’ve already seen a few news stories about the newest tech toys I need to add to my collection. Of course, I only have one problem. The convention always happens too close to Christmas. And like many, I have to wait till we pay off all those Christmas bills…
