If you’ve been to the grocery store lately, I’m sure you’ve seen the displays of all the Chex cereals. It happens every year around this time because so many people like to make Chex Mix for the holidays. You can buy it prepackaged in a bag year-round, but we all know it’s not the same thing. And while I don’t mind the Chex Mix, I actually still prefer it as a breakfast cereal. I’ve been eating Wheat Chex, Corn Chex, and Rice Chex for a long time. They’re some of my favorite breakfast cereals. And the best part, they still taste the same as they did back in my younger days…
