Password sharing is nothing new. It's been around as long as the internet. But as many subscription sites look for ways to increase revenues in recent years, they've started cracking down. Netflix made a big deal about it a little over a year ago. Since they began to issue warnings, subscription numbers have increased. Hulu just announced that they were going to do the same thing. I understand the desire to have everyone play by the rules, but these services need to ask themselves why this is such a problem. Value to the customer should be essential...
