In 2009 I lost my partner.  He was my ray of sunshine! I had accomplished so much and forgiven so much, yet inside still sad and unfulfilled. George dying brought back a lot of unresolved trauma. I had, overachieved! Why could I not forget completely?

But, I’m running ahead of myself! Imagine with me, a small Island called Jamaica. Look to the Capital of Kingston, an area called Trench Town…..it’s a ghetto right? It was in my childhood too. I used to consider myself lucky that I lived on First Street and not way back on Seventh Street because as the numbers increased so did the poverty!”
