Starting on November 10th, English Phone Support hours will be changing. Phone Support will be available from 2:00 PM Eastern time until 6:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
If you have an urgent issue or are unable to get in touch with a live agent during those hours, you will have the opportunity to leave us a voicemail. Please leave us a clear message with your name, username, phone number, and a brief description of your issue, and an agent will attempt to get back to you at the next available opportunity or a time you specify if possible.
You can also fill out a ticket at the support site listed in my signature and we will get back to you via email. Additionally, you can tweet us @lotro and add –CS at the end so one of our support agents will be better able to see your tweet!
As always, we appreciate your feedback. You can send us a feedback ticket by selecting the ‘Question Type’ Feedback when submitting a ticket through the web, or by responding to the survey you are sent after a Customer Service Agent has responded to your ticket.

Letter from Kazren
Hi,
I want to make some recommendations on audiobooks, since I’ve been listening to them driving to and from work for a while now. Â There is a very enjoyable series of books written by Michael J. Sullivan that start with “Theft of Swords.” Â It’s fantasy, but more about the relationships between the characters. Â The story starts of with what appears to be a simple story, but as it progresses from book to book, you discover it’s an intricately woven story leading to a very satisfying conclusion(except you’re still aching for more stories about Hadrian & Royce).
The second series by Anthony Ryan is much darker, and it starts with “Blood Song.” Â Â We’re introduced to Vaelin, just a boy whose father is Battle Lord of the kingdom’s armies, yet he will never teach his young son how to fight with swords. Â His father gives him to a fighting brotherhood and his life turns a corner. Â Â As he grows, he becomes aware of a song that seems to be within him, guiding him, giving him warning. Â This has brutal fights, intriguing storylines, and well fleshed-out characters, as does it’s sequel, “Tower Lord.”
One more thing. Â I’ve discovered while playing LOTRO that several players have never read LOTR!! Â The unabridged audiobook narrated by the very talented Rob Inglis cannot be missed. Â The narrator reads every word, and he has obviously been coached in pronunciation of the Elven language. He also sings the songs, and reads the Annals of the Kings. Â The books come alive, when you listen to someone read them to you. Â This is always my strongest recommendation.
See you in Middle Earth,
Kazren aka Tolkyyn
