Join Pat & Angie this week as they talk about one of the greatest local business success stories in history.  CrossFit started in 2000 and has grown to over 15,000 affiliates and accounting for over 2 billion dollars for affiliates.

It is an example of empowering people to start a business doing something they love!  The first rule of CrossFit is to talk about CrossFit!  You knock it but how many people talk about your business like that?  Yeah…  It makes you think huh?

Jason Tomlinson, local CrossFit coach, tells us about overcoming (a TON OF THINGS) to start his passion project.  One year in and he’s has some bumps, lots of successes, help from an industry leader, and has built a community that loves him as much as he loves his community.
