After visiting the Philippines with his wife and tasting the food, Brian knew he had to bring the flavor and experience back to America.

Like most people, Brian has dealt with his fair share of struggles in life. Unlike most people however, Brian has taken each one of his trials and allowed them to change the trajectory of his life for the better. They forced him to grow as a person, take risks, and ultimately start Phx Lechon Roasters. Now he's doing what he loves, roasting delicious pigs, and finding more time to spend with his family.
