Asheville area artist and healer Anne Heck shares how she used the creation of dolls to heal from being violently beaten and raped at age 26. Anne could have kept this very sensitive part of her history private. Instead, she has chosen to be very open about the event, the aftermath, and the healing, in order to help bring the healing to others.
