A large part of who we are can be described as our drivers – those abilities that God gave us to make us unique. These are abilities that give us energy, joy and fulfillment. These are activities that we can do all day long, we would even do it for free, where we lose track of time, and have more energy at the end of the day than when we first began.

It is important to know what our drivers are. Then we can intentionally make choices to include more and more of them in our life. By learning how to steward these unique gifts of God, we find greater joy, greater confidence, greater fulfillment and greater influence in the world around us.
