Living in the 70s
Living in a natural world
Every year on June 5 it’s World Environment Day. In honour of the occasion, this week Marty and Venetia play songs from the 1970s that are somehow related to the environment. Some represent an early call to arms in the fight to protect natural environments and others merely describe different kinds of environments, such as suburbia, a sunny day, or blue skies. It’s a pretty loose category, that really just provides us an opportunity to play some great music. Here at Living In the 70s, however, we do recommend that you check out what’s happening on World Environment Day and get involved in the fight against climate change. After all, together we can be #generationrestoration
