The ROAD TO RECOVERY Hosted by Daniel Czuba - Holidays are upon us - what can...

December 20, 2015

Join us this coming Sunday as we discuss what we did and do to keep from wanting to go back out and get caught up in our past habits of Drinking or Drugging or ANY ADDICTIVE Behaviors for that matter. Holidays are supposed to be times when family and friends get together to celebrate Life - Living and Special Spiritual moments with one another. However for many of us - these moments frightened us or disturbed us to the point we drank, drugged or participated in some form of addictive behavior that oftentimes made us outcasts in our own homes, shunned by family and possibly even get arrested or worse. It no longer has to be that way. For those of us in RECOVERY we found a new way of living and a new way of getting through these times withouthaving it be ALL ABOUT US! We are no longer creating negative scenes, nor hurting or lashing out at others in a wreckless manner.

Today we enjoy ourselves and our lives - by preparing ourselves mentally to deal with adverse thinking. We NO LONGER HAVE TO BE ALONE with our wild thoughts/thinking. With the help and support of others who have been in similar situations, we have come to grow into healthy / healthier members of society - all without the need to fall back into our addictive bahavior.

This is a LIVE CALL-IN Talk Show here on Blog Talk Radio and we welcome YOUR CALL. Have a thought or a question or even perhaps a comment or a personal story of a past expereince - GOOD OR BAD? Call- in and share it with us. 323-580-5755. We are NOT Doctors, Physicians, Pyschiatrists, or Therapists. However we have a most unique level of PERSONAL EXPERIENCE - STRENGTH - AND HOPE that is UNMATCHED BY ANY Professional - with the exception of one who may have been caught up in an addiction and found recovery.
