067: It's All Intertwined with Lee Chambers
When a two-year-old needs his nap and so is misbehaving, what do you do? You excuse it. What happens when your spouse is really tired and slipped up and said something that shouldn't be said? You get mad. And then you go to sleep mad. Which means you didn't get as good of a night's sleep. The next day you don't make good food choices, don't have the energy to workout, and then you're the one that says something mean. It's all intertwined.
In this episode Founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing. Environmental Psychologist, and Wellbeing Consultant, Lee Chambers shares with us the importance of taking optimum wellbeing and how it affects our relationships. Lee doesn't just have the qualifications to talk about this subject (he's actually got 7 of them!), he's lived it. Lee has had many mental health issues, lost his ability to walk due to chronic illness, and has overcome them and is a true force of great energy.
Lee Chambers presents the Health and Wellbeing show on Ribble FM Radio, and speaks in Educational establishments about his varied career path, health challenges, and having a resilient mindset.
Based in Preston in the North of the UK, Lee is currently working with business owners and employee teams to create culture change, wellbeing strategies, and champions. He is a father of 2, coaches a disability football team, and enjoys eating good food with good friends.
