I will be wrapping up the Idols series this week with a message on the Idol of Youth. I will use Ecc 11:10 and perhaps 12 as a jumping off point to talk about our general denial of death as Americans as well as our clinging to life. I’ll try to address some of what the Scriptures teach us about the true meaning of life and death so as to start a conversation about death and dying that informs the way we live today in the time we are given.
