This week we’ll discuss how Jesus deftly navigated relationships, somehow honoring his humanity, while staying true to His mission of serving others in a world that idolized being served. Mt 14:9-23. The emphasis being how Jesus's intention was to withdraw for His own refreshment/grief. But His compassion moved Him toward caring for the lost. Then, after a day of service, He moved back to finding space for His need to withdraw and pray.
