* Tom Homan, warned on Fox News about potential bloodshed due to rhetoric against US ICE agents after an attack on the Border Patrol in Texas.

Ryan Louis Mosqueda, a 27-year-old from Michigan, attacked Border Patrol agents in Texas using a rifle and tactical gear, injuring two officers and shooting a Border Patrol employee in the knee. The attacker was killed by officials.

* Homan emphasized that the negative portrayal of ICE and Border Patrol agents as Nazis could lead to more violent incidents.

* DHS noted a 700% increase in attacks on ICE agents, with assaults rising from 10 to 79 in the first half of 2025 compared to the previous year.

* The Trump administration sued Los Angeles for its sanctuary city policies, claiming they obstruct ICE and violate the US Constitution.

* Kevin O'Connor, who served as Biden's physician during his presidency has asked to postpone his upcoming deposition before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday.

O'Connor is to be questioned as part of the committee's probe into both Biden's mental status and his use of an autopen signing device but requested to bump the testimony to either July 28 or Aug. 4 over disagreements in regard to the questions the GOP-led commission can ask him.
