Radio Show Hour 2 – 10/21/2024

October 21, 2024

* Guest: Lowell Nelson - CampaignForLiberty.org, RonPaulInstitute.org

* Small talk and travel logs Since Lowell has been away for a month!

* Lowell Attends The Newquist Breakfast.

* They viewed a talk given by Russell M. Nelson nearly 40 years ago on the subject of abortion.

Less than three per cent of abortions are done to save the life of the mother, or for rape or incest. Some people argue that a woman has a right to choose. It is true that a woman may choose to abstain from sexual relations, but once she makes the choice to engage in sexual relations, she is not free from the consequences of her choice. Life begins when two cells unite to form a single cell. A new DNA complex is formed. A heart begins to beat 22 days after the cells combine. Blood begins to circulate after 26 days. Life is precious, and we ought to protect it as best we can.

* Gayle Ruzicka explained that, for the first time in decades, the RNC does not have a strong pro-life plank in the Republican Party Platform. Instead, it reads (in part), "We will oppose Late Term Abortion, while supporting mothers and policies that advance Prenatal Care, access to Birth Control, and IVF (fertility treatments).”

* In ten states right now, there is a proposed amendment to that state's constitution giving a woman a right to an abortion. Those states are Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, and South Dakota. If you have family and friends in any of these states, please encourage them to stand up for the sanctity of life!

* Kate Dalley: "the study of politics is really a study of how Lucifer works. There is much deception in mainstream news. He is the Great Deceiver."

* Best of Ron Paul over the past month.

* Ron Paul: "When will the madness end? When the people speak up and demand a change." - It's up to us, folks!

He then asks another important question. "Has Congress declared war on Iran or even authorized the war? No.

* There is the call to action again, folks. It's up to us to stop the madness. Talk to members of Congress. Tell them no more war!

* Unleashing Lethal Force on Americans - GreenMedInfo.com

* Recent federal directives and executive orders have quietly granted the US military disturbing new powers, including the authority to use lethal force against American citizens.

* The Posse Comitatus Act has long been a safeguard to prevent the military from becoming a domestic police force. It was put in place to make sure soldiers wouldn't be deployed against their own countrymen. But this directive effectively nullifies that safeguard. Sure, the military will tell you they’re only stepping in when absolutely necessary, but what constitutes “necessary” is entirely subjective—and therein lies the danger.
