* Judge rejects Trump bid for US House Jan. 6 committee records – Andrew Goudsward, Reuters.

The judge concluded that prosecutors had already given Trump written transcripts of those interviews and that Trump’s attorneys had not shown how video footage of those same conversations could be relevant to his defense.

* Terry Newsome: I peacefully attended the J6 stop rally with a high school friend of mine who was a newly retired police officer.  We did not enter the Capitol; we didn t fight with police officers, nor did we destroy any property.

* We attended J6 for two reasons. First to attend the rally. Secondly, to protect Trump supporters and families from being attacked, harassed, and beaten up by ANTIFA and BLM.

* I obtained very interesting videos from J6.  We happened to be behind Ray Epps when they made the first breach. On the retreat from the Capitol, I have videos of Jason Chansley and ANTIFA agitating Trump supporters.

* Republican friends warned me that these corrupt establishment RINOS would try to silence me. They were right!  I have a Podcast called Behind Enemy Lines which represents being a parent and Republican trying to fight for our families, children, and state in the communist state of IL!  Two weeks ago, my country Sheriff worked with his corrupt IL State Police friends to send IL State Police investigators to my home to harass me and my family. The officers said they received an  anonymous email  saying I made a threatening comment on my Podcast. This was a total lie. The police agreed and apologized. They said the  higher-ups sent us .  I have the entire conversation on my RING camera!

* Here’s my video at 1:31 on the West side of the Capitol, showing Jason Chansley walking past, yelling Freedom.  Then you will see either ANTIFA or a Fed agitator yelling on a bullhorn to the approaching Tumpers telling them to “take a picture and show the world”   We all know why he was saying that!

* November/December 2022 a Chicago ANTIFA associate and writer for the SPLC published a bogus hit piece on me. His Chicago ANTIFA  comrades  started to attack and dox me on Twitter. They went after my job and tagged the Chicago FBI and FBI stating that I tried to  overthrow the government .  Shortly after the harassment by the SPLC and ANTIFA I was suddenly placed on a Domestic Terrorist Watchlist. Me and my family were placed on the SSSS list by the TSA where we were aggressively harassed when we flew.

* Fortunately, I had tons of national media coverage that led to getting the attention of Congressmen Matt Gaetz and Troy Nehls.  Matt Gaetz contacted me in January 2023, which led to him sending a Demand Letter to Garland, Wrey, and Mayorkas. Congressman Troy Nehls contacted an Epoch Times reporter to get my information. Troy, who sits on the Transportation Committee, sent a letter to the TSA on my behalf.  These letters eventually led to me being removed from the Terrorist Watchlist.
