Your pace when riding your bike should stay between 80 and 110 rpm. You’ll ride faster, but with less strain on your joints. Count each time your leg comes up within a time span of 10 seconds and multiply it by six and you’ll have your pace. This is the rpm you should strive for.

Some people do not like how fast they are losing weight, so they choose to exercise far too intensely in hopes of speeding up the process.
